Hemlock society is an Bengali film directed by director Srijit Mukherjee.The cast of the movie consists of Parambrata Chatterjee,Koel Mullick and Soumitra Chatterjee.The film is about "assisted suicide".A young chap called Ananda ( Parambrata) runs a suicide training workshop.He has employed professors to take classes of those who wish to commit suicide.He feels most suicidal attempts fail because people lack the technical know-how be it the method or the accessories they need.So his workshop trains people to commit suicide successfully.Meghna ( Koel Mullick) is one of the trainees who lands up there because she has no motivation left to carry on with her life.
